Chelsea Moore

Chelsea is a freelance make-up artist who has recently qualified with an IMA Degree from the Central School of Make-up in Birmingham. Chelsea has gained experience in catwalk fashion make-up, airbrush make-up, vintage and bridal make-up and special occasions. Since freelancing Chelsea has worked on several editorial and bridal shoots and is continuing to develop her portfolio working with new clients. Her aim is to use her skills and techniques to apply flawless makeup while at the same time making her clients feel the best they can about themselves.
