Why Enter?
These annual awards now in its 13th year of production have grown to become synonymous with fashion and style. Covering the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire, these awards and prestigious event, brings together the region’s very best fashion and accessory designers, make-up artists, fashion stylists and fashion and beauty photographers.
Recognised as helping to launch the careers of multiple budding designers, the event presents a series of fashion shows, where the best innovative and cutting-edge creators will showcase their work to hundreds of visitors from across the UK. The show will be judged by a respected panel of industry professionals consisting of industry experts, fashion editors, stylists, fashion scouts/buyers and designers who will select the next wave of emerging fashion and creative talent.
Previous winners have showcased their collections at London, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, Los Angeles and Miami Fashion Weeks, been approached by high-end retail buyers and have gained prestigious press coverage, having their work featured in British and Italian Vogue.
In addition, previous entrant, Bottle Blonde is now working with musicians such as Paloma Faith and is stocked in TOPSHOP.
Judging Process
All entries will be considered based upon their entry submissions, applicants will have the opportunity to present their entry to a panel of judges consisting of industry professionals. Each applicant will be interviewed and their collection or portfolio assessed by the judges who will select five finalists in each category to go forward to the awards.

We have opportunities for exhibitors, bloggers, volunteers and models at this year's awards and catwalk show.
Alongside the title, winners of Midlands Fashion Awards categories will also receive mentoring from industry professionals, coverage and promotion across all MFA channels and the opportunity to be featured in an editorial photo shoot.
